Client Account Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Account Specialist to support financial operations and improve accounts receivable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for attorneys, legal assistants, and clients regarding accounts receivable and collections
• Manage assigned attorneys' receivables portfolios and monitor delinquent accounts
• Execute client outreach strategies to resolve delinquent accounts

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable within a law firm or professional services environment
• Strong working knowledge of accounting and accounts receivable functions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and sound judgment in sensitive client matters
