Job Summary
Serving as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, the full-time Client Account Specialist will ensure exceptional service delivery, foster strong business relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to address client needs in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive business relationships with assigned client accounts
- Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and meet service expectations
- Monitor account activity, prepare reports, and analyze data to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or client services
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
