Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Account Support Analyst to manage sales commission processes and support broker inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the creation and submission of CBAF/CAF, and analyze commission processes for improvements
• Serve as the primary contact for sales and broker commission inquiries, building strong relationships
• Ensure compliance with internal and state standards while maintaining detailed documentation

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Strong organizational skills
