Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dedicated National Accounts Client Account Support Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Customer Service Advocates, promoting a culture of recognition and continuous improvement
  • Establish clear expectations and standards for team accountability and performance
  • Collaborate with leadership on recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of customer service or advocacy experience required
  • 5+ years of experience with Cigna National Accounts, including benefits and claims
  • Experience in managing Performance Guarantee accounts required
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in driving organizational change
