Job Summary
A company is looking for a Dedicated National Accounts Client Account Support Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Customer Service Advocates, promoting a culture of recognition and continuous improvement
- Establish clear expectations and standards for team accountability and performance
- Collaborate with leadership on recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of customer service or advocacy experience required
- 5+ years of experience with Cigna National Accounts, including benefits and claims
- Experience in managing Performance Guarantee accounts required
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in driving organizational change
