Client Accountant

Job Summary

Seeking a driven and joyful Client Accountant, the full-time remote position based in Argentina will manage day-to-day bookkeeping and finance tasks for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of transactions.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle daily operations including transaction entry, invoicing, bill payments, payroll preparation, and reconciliations
• Organize tasks within Karbon, the practice management system, to effectively manage work across multiple clients
• Interact with clients to answer questions and gather necessary information while collaborating with senior staff

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience in a multi-client environment with US-based clients
• Proficiency in QBO, Bill.com, Gusto, and other cloud accounting technologies; familiarity with Karbon and Double is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks across multiple clients
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills for effective client and team interactions
• College degree required
