Client Accountant

Job Summary

Managing cash and accrual functions, the full-time Client Accountant will perform full cycle accounting, prepare financial reporting packages, and ensure compliance with internal controls while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Perform full cycle accounting, including cash management, accounts payable and receivable, accruals, and reconciliations for multiple clients
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reporting packages in a timely manner, adhering to client requirements and internal controls
• Research and analyze accounting issues, effectively communicating with clients and property management while assisting with audits

Required qualifications

• College degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• Some experience in accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior experience with accounting or database software packages preferred
• Basic knowledge of commercial real estate preferred
• Proficient in MS Office with strong keyboarding and 10 Key skills
