Client Accounting Advisor
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Client Accounting Advisor will serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of 60-75 clients, delivering proactive insights and strategic guidance while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients, building deep knowledge of their business and financial performance
- Translate financial data into actionable insights, providing recommendations for growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Deliver high-quality responses to client inquiries and coordinate across internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Required Qualifications:
- 5-8+ years of experience in client-facing accounting, advisory, or consulting roles
- Demonstrated experience managing a client portfolio or book of business
- Strong understanding of financial statements and business performance drivers
- Familiarity with tax concepts and their impact on business decisions
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and financial reporting tools preferred
