• 2 to 5 years of small business accounting experience
• Strong proficiency with computers, spreadsheets, and accounting software
• Ability to self-teach and develop proficiency with various technology and software
• Experience in delegating and overseeing routine work
• Knowledge of sales tax, income tax coordination, and 1099 processing is a bonus
