Job Summary
Leading the Claims Accounting Department, the full-time Client Accounting Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure accurate financial reporting while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Claims Accounting Department to ensure efficient workflow and timely task completion
- Prepare monthly financial statements and collaborate with Operations Leaders for corporate financial reporting
- Supervise, train, and mentor Accounting Coordinators to build a high-performing team
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in accounting and supervision
- College degree in accounting and/or CPA certification
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other relevant software
- Ability to handle confidential information
