A company is looking for a Director - Client Accounting Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team while improving workflows and adopting modern accounting technologies
• Serve as the senior relationship lead for key clients, providing strategic financial guidance and management reporting
• Partner with leadership to expand the practice, introduce higher-value services, and support business development efforts

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with leadership in public accounting or advisory services
• Experience in client-facing environments and team development
• Familiarity with cloud-based accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online or NetSuite
• CPA preferred but not mandatory
• Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for helping businesses grow
