Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Accounting Advisory Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the CAAS team, ensuring efficient service delivery and operational performance
  • Oversee client project management and billing, maintaining strong client relationships and addressing concerns
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and productivity


Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role in CAAS or related professional services
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or 17+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Strong expertise in CAAS systems and compliance processes
  • 5+ years of experience with Intacct and 10+ years with QuickBooks Online
  • Experience managing teams in a multi-client, multi-time zone environment
