Client Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Accounting Specialist to support accounting services for nonprofit clients in Columbus, GA.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts receivable and review client expenses for compliance
• Perform account reconciliations and support month-end close activities
• Prepare financial reports and assist in annual budget preparation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 1-3 years of experience in public accounting or equivalent
• Experience with bookkeeping, financial reporting, and General Ledger systems
• Proficiency in Excel, O365, and ERP systems such as QuickBooks
• Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to manage multiple projects
