Client Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Accounting Specialist to manage bookkeeping and client relationships in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients
• Code transactions, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate financials in QuickBooks Online
• Prepare and process payroll, W-2s, and 1099s, and handle sales tax filings

Required Qualifications

• Strong QuickBooks Online experience
• 2 plus years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in a client-facing environment
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines independently
• Comfort working in a fully remote, technology-driven environment
• Experience with tools such as Gusto or Tax1099 is helpful but not required
