Client Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Client Accounting Specialist, the full-time remote position will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, maintain accurate financials in QuickBooks Online, and build trusted relationships with clients while supporting a balanced work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients and maintain accurate financials in QuickBooks Online
• Prepare and process payroll, W-2s, 1099s, and handle sales tax filings across multiple states
• Build strong professional relationships with clients and provide ongoing support tailored to their business needs

Required qualifications

• Strong QuickBooks Online experience is essential
• At least 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in a client-facing environment
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines independently
• Comfort working in a fully remote, technology-driven environment
• Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
