Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Manager of Client Accounting & Advisory Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the CAAS team to ensure operational efficiency and service delivery
- Oversee client project management, billing accuracy, and maintain strong client relationships
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and career progression
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within CAAS or related services
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
- Strong expertise in CAAS systems and compliance processes
- 5+ years of experience with Intacct and 10+ years with QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Experience managing teams in a multi-client, multi-time zone environment
