Job Summary
Managing a team of Account Executives, the remote Manager, Client Acquisition will focus on pipeline reviews, forecasting, and ensuring the team has the necessary tools to attract new merchants while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and update forecasting for large accounts
- Monitor activity levels using SFDC reports and dashboards to ensure quota achievement
- Provide coaching and feedback to the Account Executive team while collaborating with the VP of Client Acquisition
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of sales leadership experience
- Established track record of success as an Account Executive or in a sales closing role
- Consistent results in quota attainment
- Experience in motivating and managing a high-performing sales team
- Proactive in providing feedback to improve sales processes
