A company is looking for a Client Acquisitions Specialist to grow their client community through high-volume outreach and engagement with pet owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to introduce prospective clients to the company's services
• Handle inbound customer calls and support various operational functions
• Track outreach activity and share insights to refine outreach strategies

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Weekend availability required, with two weekdays off
• 1+ year of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in outbound calling or inside sales
• Comfortable managing a large volume of phone calls daily
• Familiarity with computer and web-based tools
