Job Summary
To support a growing call center team, the full-time New Client Acquisition Specialist will manage incoming leads, screen potential clients for eligibility, and maintain client records while working remotely from Atlanta, Georgia.
Key responsibilities
- Quickly respond to online leads and incoming phone calls to assess potential clients' cases
- Maintain confidentiality of client records and uphold the firm's core values while providing a professional client experience
- Follow up on leads, set appointments, and manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales team setting with proven results
- Proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong work ethic with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills in a collaborative environment
