Job Summary
Providing essential administrative support to clients and their worksite employees, the part-time hourly Client Administration Coordinator will manage tasks such as processing leave requests, drug testing, and compliance reporting while ensuring adherence to regulations in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Process LOA/FMLA requests and assist clients with related regulations and paperwork
- Handle requests for drug testing and background checks, ensuring timely completion
- Reconcile monthly invoice adjustments and manage compliance poster requests for clients
Required qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role
- Preferred experience in HR or a similar field
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional services experience, particularly with PEO knowledge, is preferred
