• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare consulting management, with 3 years in leadership roles
• Strong understanding of the healthcare payer landscape, with Risk Adjustment experience preferred
• Proven experience in client-facing roles and managing relationships
• Demonstrated ability to operationalize and scale teams effectively
