Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and nurture a diverse roster of client advocates across various offerings and industries
- Promote program visibility and manage relationships with marquee advocates for high-impact activities
- Ensure integration of data sources and manage program reporting against defined KPIs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-8 years of experience in client advocacy, success, marketing, and/or program management
- Ability to build and manage client relationships
- Strong organizational and data management skills
- Experience with GenAI tools, CRM systems, and reporting platforms
