Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-8 years of experience in client advocacy, success, marketing, and/or program management
  • Ability to build and manage client relationships
  • Strong organizational and data management skills
  • Experience with GenAI tools, CRM systems, and reporting platforms
