Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Advocacy Specialist who enjoys customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing customer contact and support to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Coordinate customized mailings and assist with scanning/shipping tasks as needed
- Conduct bankruptcy and patriot searches, and assist the Scheduling Team with closing appointments
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with computers, including online searching and typing
