Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Advocacy Specialist who will provide customer support and assistance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing customer contact and support to ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate customized mailings and assist with scanning and shipping tasks as needed
  • Schedule closing appointments with Notaries and Attorneys and complete necessary documentation
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service focus

  • Familiarity with computers, including online searching and typing
