Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Client Advocacy Specialist for a remote contract role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the handover to support process, including monitoring notifications and engaging with support and client success teams
  • Conduct new client introductions to support and client success activities for standard clients
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in financial services, technology, or fintech
  • Strong technical skills, particularly with Salesforce/Dynamics; DealCloud experience is preferred
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset with a commitment to teamwork
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues effectively
