Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Advocate to support clients using their Black Diamond Wealth Platform solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with existing clients through effective communication
  • Educate and train clients on software systems to drive adoption and troubleshoot issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client problems and enhance customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
  • Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment
  • Strong emotional intelligence to connect and empathize with clients
  • Experience with technology and financial industry-related issues
  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and communicate them effectively
