Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Advocate to support clients using their Black Diamond Wealth Platform solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with existing clients through effective communication
- Educate and train clients on software systems to drive adoption and troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client problems and enhance customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment
- Strong emotional intelligence to connect and empathize with clients
- Experience with technology and financial industry-related issues
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and communicate them effectively
