Job Summary
Engaging with prospective clients, the full-time Client Advocate will provide exceptional customer service and support by answering high-volume inbound calls, connecting individuals to financial counseling resources, and maintaining accurate client data in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer 80-100 inbound calls daily, delivering timely email support and managing assigned tasks
- Schedule appointments for prospective clients with Financial Counselors and triage incoming calls from existing clients
- Professionally intake and review client complaints while maintaining strict confidentiality regarding client financial information
Required qualifications
- Ability to type 40 WPM at 80% accuracy
- Strong customer service skills, preferably with call center experience
- Professionalism and empathy when interacting with clients experiencing financial stress
- U.S. Citizenship required due to contract requirements
- Ability to follow structured workflows and meet performance expectations
