Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Advocate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Addressing all employer health benefit issues for clients and employees
  • Acting as a liaison with insurance carriers to resolve claims issues
  • Assisting with enrollments, terminations, and billing issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
  • At least 1 year of insurance experience
  • High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Continuous education encouraged
  • Georgia Life, Accident, and Sickness Insurance license required
