Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Analyst II to service clients and their employees effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing service delivery to support client requirements and needs
• Perform audits, file reviews, and manage incoming and outgoing file processing
• Execute research and analysis to resolve participant cases and support ACA processing

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of MS Office products
• Extensive experience with databases, data interpretation, and data manipulation
• Experience in benefits administration system technology or related software
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent relevant work experience
