Job Summary
To support client success, the remote Client Analyst II will manage client benefits websites, provide operational support, and ensure data integrity while delivering exceptional service to clients and their employees.
Key responsibilities
- Provide ongoing service delivery to support client requirements and business needs
- Maintain and update client benefits websites and perform ongoing audits for data accuracy
- Research and resolve participant cases and inquiries while executing client-specific reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Extensive experience working with databases, including data interpretation and manipulation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think creatively and independently
- Experience with benefits administration systems or related software platforms
