Job Summary

Providing exceptional service to clients, the full-time remote Client Analyst II will maintain client benefits websites, execute benefits-related processes, and offer operational support to clients and their employees.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver ongoing service to support client requirements and business needs
  • Serve as first-level system support for assigned clients and maintain client benefits websites
  • Research, analyze, and resolve participant cases and inquiries while performing system testing and audits
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Extensive experience with databases, including data interpretation and manipulation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think creatively and independently
  • Experience with benefits administration systems or related software platforms
