Client Analyst II

Job Summary

Managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, the full-time remote Client Analyst II will assist clients with funding requests, monitor loan collateral performance, and ensure compliance with company policies while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile accounts, preventing operational risk rating downgrades and performing collection activities
• Monitor loan collateral performance and support Account Executives in making informed credit decisions
• Identify risks, recommend solutions, and address debtor issues to secure collateral and meet client needs

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong functional/technical skills
• Assertiveness and analytical abilities
• Customer-focused with a dedication to meeting client needs
