Key Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze pharmacy claims for accuracy and compliance
• Perform audit risk assessments and develop performance monitoring reports
• Identify and implement automation and process improvements in audit workflows

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, audit, or a related role
• Experience in healthcare or pharmacy claims analysis preferred
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and Tableau
• Familiarity with Python and project management/version control tools
