Job Summary

Leading and coordinating client-initiated audits, the full-time remote Client Audit Manager will serve as the primary contact for external audit activities, ensuring timely and accurate responses while managing cross-functional collaboration and compliance with regulatory obligations.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary owner of client audit requests and liaise with client auditors
  • Intake, triage, and track audit requests to ensure timely and complete responses
  • Analyze audit trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new technology platforms
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare regulations preferred
  • Experience in pharmacy benefit management (PBM) or healthcare-related environments preferred
