Client Banking Specialist

Job Summary

To support the financial operations of GPA clients, the full-time hourly Client Banking Specialist will compile, calculate, reconcile, and post financial data while producing check run reports and ensuring timely client notifications in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and update tracking for client check run reports and distribute notifications daily
• Perform quality assurance by reviewing and auditing colleagues' work to meet procedural standards
• Assist the Director of Client Banking with daily activities and participate in meetings to enhance client financial standards

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• 2+ years of related work experience required
• Prior bank reconciliation experience strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Access
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge
