Client Banking Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time salaried position, the Client Banking Specialist will be responsible for collecting and processing incoming check payments, preparing outgoing check payments, and assisting the Client Banking Manager in daily activities to support team outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Produce and distribute daily check run reports to clients and update tracking of all client check runs
• Act as a role model in customer service delivery, providing timely follow-up with internal and external customers
• Perform quality assurance by reviewing and auditing other employees' work to ensure compliance with quality and procedural measures

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma required
• 2+ years of related work experience required
• Prior banking reconciliation experience strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Access
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge and proficiency in 10-key and typing skills
