Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, averaging 50-60 calls per day
• Follow standard operating procedures to resolve denied claims and document accounts accurately
• Communicate with physicians, insurance companies, and patients while handling sensitive information confidentially

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum one year of work experience required
• Previous call center and customer service experience strongly preferred
• Previous medical experience strongly preferred
• Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
