Job Summary

Assisting in the preparation of special client remits, the full-time Client Billing Handling Assistant will create billings for invoice tracking software, maintain customized remittance records, and prepare reports while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing special client remits and billings
  • Create and maintain accurate client customized remittance records via Excel and/or PDF
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as needed
Required qualifications:
  • Strong analytical background with extreme attention to detail
  • Experience in accounts receivable (AR) and/or accounts payable (AP)
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry
  • Basic math and writing skills
  • SalesForce.com experience is a plus
