Client Billing Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Billing Partner (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide revenue cycle management and account management services to member clients
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners to support financial health and improve performance indicators
• Identify and resolve billing issues, analyze trends, and prepare reports for improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant role; 5 years preferred
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's or Associate degree in business preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and billing processes for Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle and financial principles
• Experience with EHR software, particularly EPIC, is a plus
