Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Customer Service Support Representative to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, averaging 50-60 calls per day
  • Follow standard operating procedures to resolve denied claims and document accounts
  • Communicate with physicians, insurance companies, and patients regarding billing inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1 year or more of Customer Service experience
  • 1 year or more of high-volume call experience (preferred)
  • 1 year or more of healthcare or medical experience (preferred)
