Key Responsibilities

• Manage 50-60 inbound and outbound calls daily, addressing client needs
• Follow standard operating procedures to resolve denied claims and document accounts
• Evaluate policies for process improvements and handle sensitive information confidentially

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum one year of work experience required
• Previous call center and customer service experience strongly preferred
• Previous medical experience strongly preferred
• Technical requirements include a minimum internet download speed of 50 Mbps
