Client Billing Support Specialist
Job Summary
To support a mission-driven team, the full-time Client Billing Support Specialist will troubleshoot and resolve issues for clients and therapists, educate them on the platform, and advocate for their needs in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by clients and therapists via phone and live chat
- Identify root causes of problems and collaborate with product teams to enhance the platform
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and therapists throughout their journey
Required qualifications:
- One year of experience with insurance across multiple commercial and government payers
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, including ICD-10 and CPT codes, preferably in mental health
- Experience with Claim MD or Availity for verifying benefits and reading EOBs
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a remote setting
- Bonus points for bilingual candidates, preferably in Spanish
