Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Business Partner/Implementation Specialist to manage client relationships and implement HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forge strong relationships with clients to understand their HR needs and craft tailored solutions
• Implement and manage HR technology solutions to enhance client operations and workforce engagement
• Provide expert HR guidance on compliance, best practices, and strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong foundation in HR practices with a focus on technology implementation
• Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Consideration given to candidates with significant experience in lieu of a degree
