Job Summary
To support a growing remote team, the full-time Client Care Assistant will manage inbound and outbound client communications, schedule appointments, and maintain knowledge of hearing aid products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Quickly answer inbound calls and perform outbound calls to convert inquiries into qualified appointments
- Utilize CRM information and marketing knowledge to recognize opportunities for scheduling revenue-generating appointments
- Handle client communications through SMS, email, and website chat while adhering to company policies and HIPAA guidelines
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service experience required
- Strong de-escalation skills required
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Willingness to learn new computer programs and processes
