Job Summary

To support a growing remote team, the full-time Client Care Assistant will manage inbound and outbound client communications, schedule appointments, and maintain knowledge of hearing aid products and services.

Key responsibilities
  • Quickly answer inbound calls and perform outbound calls to convert inquiries into qualified appointments
  • Utilize CRM information and marketing knowledge to recognize opportunities for scheduling revenue-generating appointments
  • Handle client communications through SMS, email, and website chat while adhering to company policies and HIPAA guidelines
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Customer service experience required
  • Strong de-escalation skills required
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Willingness to learn new computer programs and processes
