Job Summary
To support a growing client base, the part-time Client Care Assistant will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist clients with appointment inquiries, and convert leads into scheduled appointments while maintaining a positive demeanor in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Quickly answer inbound calls from clients and prospects regarding appointment inquiries and product requests
- Perform outbound calls to leads and existing clients, utilizing persuasive communication techniques to convert calls into appointments
- Handle client SMS, email responses, and website chat, while adhering to defined processes and maintaining confidentiality
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service experience required
- Strong de-escalation skills required
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and independently
- Willingness to learn new computer programs and processes
