Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the part-time Client Care Assistant will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist clients with appointment inquiries, and convert leads into scheduled appointments while maintaining a positive demeanor in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Quickly answer inbound calls from clients and prospects regarding appointment inquiries and product requests
  • Perform outbound calls to leads and existing clients, utilizing persuasive communication techniques to convert calls into appointments
  • Handle client SMS, email responses, and website chat, while adhering to defined processes and maintaining confidentiality
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Customer service experience required
  • Strong de-escalation skills required
  • Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and independently
  • Willingness to learn new computer programs and processes
