Job Summary
A company is looking for a Part Time Client Care Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule reservations and arrange pet care coverage
- Answer client and staff questions via email and phone
- Maintain client management system and keep documentation organized and up to date
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience working or volunteering with animals preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; Associate's Degree will be considered
- Extremely reliable and able to work independently
- Must have a quiet home office setup with high-speed internet
- Prior experience in a busy office setting or as a receptionist/admin assistant is preferred
