Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time Client Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule reservations and arrange pet care coverage
  • Answer client and staff questions via email and phone
  • Maintain client management system and keep documentation organized and up to date
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience working or volunteering with animals preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; Associate's Degree will be considered
  • Extremely reliable and able to work independently
  • Must have a quiet home office setup with high-speed internet
  • Prior experience in a busy office setting or as a receptionist/admin assistant is preferred
