Job Summary
A company is looking for a Part Time Client Care Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule reservations and arrange pet care coverage
- Answer client and staff inquiries via email and phone
- Maintain the client management system and cloud documents
Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of experience working or volunteering with animals preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree will be considered
- Reliable with the ability to work independently
- Must have a quiet home office space
- Experience in a busy office setting or as a receptionist/admin assistant is preferred
