Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time Client Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule reservations and arrange pet care coverage
  • Answer client and staff inquiries via email and phone
  • Maintain the client management system and cloud documents
Required Qualifications
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience working or volunteering with animals preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree will be considered
  • Reliable with the ability to work independently
  • Must have a quiet home office space
  • Experience in a busy office setting or as a receptionist/admin assistant is preferred
