Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule reservations and arrange pet care coverage
• Respond to client and staff inquiries via email and phone
• Maintain client management system and keep documentation organized and up to date

Required Qualifications and Education

• 6 months to 1 year of experience working or volunteering with animals preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree will be considered
• Reliable with the ability to work independently
• Access to a cellphone and a high-speed internet connection
• A quiet workspace at home free from distractions
