Job Summary
Offering a part-time remote opportunity, the Client Care Coordinator will manage scheduling, respond to client inquiries, and maintain accurate records while being flexible to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Scheduling reservations and arranging pet care coverage
- Answering client and staff questions via email and phone
- Keeping client management systems and documentation up to date
Required qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of prior experience working or volunteering with animals preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; Associate's Degree will be considered
- Prior experience in a busy office setting, such as a receptionist or administrative assistant
- Reliable with strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Access to a quiet workspace, a laptop, and a smartphone for work-related tasks
