Job Summary
To support a growing pet service, the part-time Client Care Coordinator will manage scheduling, client inquiries, and maintain documentation while working remotely from RI, MA, or FL.
Key responsibilities
- Scheduling reservations and arranging pet care coverage
- Answering client and staff questions via email and phone
- Maintaining an organized client management system and cloud documentation
Required qualifications
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience working or volunteering with animals preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; Associate's Degree will be considered
- Prior experience in a busy office setting, such as receptionist or admin assistant
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Access to a quiet workspace, up-to-date laptop, and a smartphone for communication
