Job Summary

Guiding clients through the loan process, the full-time remote Client Care Coordinator will manage documentation, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure timely updates and closings in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Guide clients through each stage of the loan process with professionalism and care
• Collect and organize required documentation while monitoring deadlines
• Coordinate communication among borrowers, loan officers, and other parties involved in the loan process

Required qualifications

• Experience in mortgage, banking, title, or real estate is helpful but not required
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy
• Ability to learn and use multiple software platforms effectively
• Experience managing multiple files and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine desire to serve clients and enhance their experience
